Following July 15th’s maintenance, the Upgrade system will significantly change. To minimize losses for players, we’ve decided to make compensation accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
1. For namesake cards that had been upgraded before this maintenance:
1) If a card was upgraded yet was not to the highest level, then a certain amount of Gold will be sent as compensation according to the materials cost to upgrade the card to the corresponding level.
2) If there is more than 1 card that had been upgraded to the highest level before the maintenance, then a certain amount of Gold will be sent as compensation according to the materials cost to upgrade the superfluous card(s) to the corresponding level.
2. For legendary and mythic cards that had been recycled before this maintenance:
1) 300 Gold will be given as compensation for each recycled legendary card.
1) 5,000 Gold will be given as compensation for each recycled mythic card.
3. Players on all servers will receive 5 Deluxe Packs as compensation for the change of the Upgrade system.
Compensation Distribution Time:
Compensation 1 & 2 will be sent within 48 hours.
Compensation 3 will be sent within 12 hours.
